How to get started at Nucleo Fitness.
Start Your Pilates Journey with Two New Client Introductory Package Options

Private - New Client Introductory Package  only $90

One-on-one for new clients at any fitness level with individual and specific goals.

One-on-one Pilates sessions will give you individualized, in-depth instruction of the STOTT Pilates' basic principles with respect to your goals and needs. You will be taught the foundations of Pilates and learn how to efficiently strengthen your core, improve posture and increase flexibility as well as understand the mechanics of the reformer and Pilates equipment.

After these introductory sessions you can decide to continue with Privates, go to Group Reformer Classes, or attend our other fitness classes.

These sessions are individually scheduled to meet your availability.

Group - New Client Introductory Package  only $90

A group setting for new clients at any fitness level with individual and specific goals.

Nucleo Fitness periodically offers 5-week Introductory Group Reformer classes, where, like with the Private sessions, you will learn the STOTT Pilates' basic principles and foundational exercise, as well as learn the equipment mechanics that are necessary to attend a Group Reformer Class.

All participants in these classes are new clients also. Learning together and participating in the journey will be a great way to meet new people or bring your friends to create a fun community with accountability.

Looking for Group Fitness Classes?

Try a week of unlimited classes for $20.
Classes included: Resistance Cross Training, Barre, Cycling, Cycle/Strength, Zumba or Weekend Warrior
